A creative and thoughtful designer who is driven by artful curation, earnest relationships, and a highly strategic mindset. She aspires to join a team where she can bring beautiful spaces to life within the retail and hospitality industries. Her favorite work involves character preservation and heritage finishes, while her keen understanding of functional form and modern luxury can be seen throughout all of her projects.
Since shifting her career focus toward interior design in 2021, she has led and managed multiple home renovation projects while pursuing a formal education at Rhode Island School of Design. She will complete her 3-year interior design program in May of 2025 and is currently the assistant to a local Long Beach designer. Jessie is an enthusiastic member of the design community in Southern California and holds memberships in both the IIDA (International Interior Design Association) and NEWH (The Hospitality Industry Network).
Jessie has also worked as a creative strategist + brand builder and has notable experience in the media, fashion + lifestyle industries. She is skilled at experiential marketing, branded content, trend forecasting, community partnerships, retail activations, aesthetic direction and business strategy. Past clients include Vogue Magazine, Sprint, AirBnb, Nordstrom, Harper's Bazaar, Amazon, Paypal, Buick, Tiffany & Co. and many others. With an entrepreneurial spirit and an imagination that never stops, Jessie has built multiple successful businesses as a wardrobe stylist, podcaster host/producer, apparel designer, and antique dealer. Her ambition, enthusiasm and perpetual curiosity make her an invaluable partner for the right creative project.
Jessie is passionate about serving her community and recently acted as Executive Director of the Belmont Shore Business Association which operates the Business Improvement District in one of the most iconic coastal neighborhoods in Southern California. Jessie also volunteers with the “tweens” at her church in Long Beach and she and her husband enjoy being short-term parents through a respite foster care program.
